Every year this London street has a party. The street is closed to traffic, the trestle tables are set up, the music starts, and food and drink appear. It’s a street with an interesting history –nearly turned into a lorry park in the 70s, the residents fought back. There are people who’ve been in it since the then and people who’ve just moved in. I suggested it might be fun to invite people to share their memories.
